This Chardonnay is barrel and tank fermented. Giving a fresh vibrant modern style of tank ferment and a body and texture with a lick of vanilla oak coming from the barrel fermentation. When these are blended together you get a charactoristic Chardonnay with a light fresh bright modern style.
