Wine makers dinner at the Food and Farm Dining restaurant in Mudgee. 5 courses matched with 5 wines $120 with the chef Karen Lewis and winemaker Rob Gregory taking you through the taste sensations. 630pm at 1/99 market street at Food and Fram Dining Mudgee.

MENU Canape´ Eggplant with honey and chilli Prawn wontons with ginger garlic chilli Matched with a crisp aromatic 2025 Viognier Entree´ Szechuan pepper Squid with Asian cucumber salad. Matched with a bright fresh 2025 Chardonnay. Main Beef fillet seared and sliced and served with chimmi churri, crisp potato skins and greens. Matched with a full round black cherry 2025 Malbec To Finish Creamy blue cheese matched with a 2023 Shiraz Tempranillo chilled red Dark chocolate truffle with a museum 2015 Cabernet Malbec.
